A Stock-Office complex built on Ukmergės street, the most rapidly developing northern part of the city, near Apranga APB headquarters, has excellent connections with other parts of the city and highways Vilnius–Kaunas–Klaipėda (A1), Vilnius–Minsk (A3) and Panevėžys–Riga (A10). In 2023, a tunnel beneath a highway will be built to improve connectivity with the city.
