Following the successful completion of the first 24,000 sqm Vilnius Business Park complex in 2022, we are further developing multifunctional retail warehouses and planning new phases in Ukmergės and Gariūnai streets.
A whole business district is being formed next to the first Vilnius Business Park – the second 17,000 sqm commercial stock-office complex (Sedulų str. 2) is being built nearby, and the third complex is being designed alongside it.
In total, Darnu Group intends to build more than 65,000 sqm of commercial warehouses in Vilnius by 2025.
Premises are now available for purchase or lease in the fourth complex of Vilnius Business Park, 57 Gariūnai Street, which will be completed in 2024.
